Whether you're looking to progress your career, or if you're completely new to the hospitality industry, our Young's recruitment days are an ideal introduction to the job opportunities we offer. You'll get to meet some of the team and see first hand what a great environment you could be working in.
What to expect
Our recruitment open days are lovely and informal. You’ll get to meet some of our friendly team and we’ll interview you whilst you’re there – so you’ll get them most out of your time with us. Depending on the roles you’re interested in, we may even do some training with you during the actual recruitment day. In the past we’ve even conducted an expresso martini masterclass, which proved to be very popular!
What to bring with you
If you could bring a copy of your CV and your proof of ability work in the UK with you (passport, work visa, driving license etc) that would be great. We don’t need you to prepare anything else, although feel free to research our pubs and have a look at the great training and benefits we offer.
What experience do you need?
We’re looking for people with a great attitude who will fit in with the fantastic team that we have here at Young’s. Our recruitment days have introduced us to skilled professionals as well as amazing people who were looking for their very first career opportunity.
Which pubs are we recruiting for?
We hold our recruitment days at a handful of our central London pubs, but we have over 175 pubs across London and in the South of England which we recruit for.
