The Bell is a spacious and bright village pub set in the heart of Fetcham village and surrounded by the beautiful Surrey Hills. After 7 years at The Bell, our wonderful General Manager is moving to the West Country (with Young's) and here is what she has to say!

What we look for in a General Manager:
We are looking for a creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
