Across the South East of London is a collection of twelve eclectic Young’s pubs, stretching from exciting Woolwich, Royal Arsenal to leafy East Dulwich. What we look for in an Area Sales and Marketing Coordinator:

We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic, Area Sales and Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our team in our stylish, food focused pubs. As the successful Area Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to driving sales through creative digital marketing ideas, events and face to face with our customers past, present and future. 

 

You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pubs and generate opportunities to continue growth through engagement with our customers and the team. You will be able to create and deliver quarterly marketing plans, including event ideas, digital marketing strategies and market research to your area and General Managers while reporting to the Operations Manager.  You must aim to keep in touch with what’s going on in the local community and wider industry.

 

What we require:

  • Degree educated in marketing, sales, business studies or similar.

  • 1 year experience in a similar sales and marketing role.

  • Excellent literary skills in creative writing, grammar and spelling.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Ability to work well with a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Ability to deliver effective and accurate reporting.

  • Creative eye for detail.

  • Social Media knowledge, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

  • Presentation skills.

  • Event management.

 

Personal Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in food, drink and hospitality.

  • Enthusiastic personality, able to inspire others.

  • Self motivated and deadline oriented.

  • Desire to go above and beyond. 

 

Desirable  Requirements 

  • Car - Ability to travel between each pub.
